How do I make a complaint?

If you have grounds for any complaint, please contact us in the first instance. Ultimately, any client is protected by the Financial Ombudsman Service (a free service for settling disputes created by the UK Pariliament), but that is not the first step of the complaints process. Every regulated Marketplace Payment Partner will have a documented complaints process and by contacting us first, we will be able to provide you full details and walk you through the complaints process of the specific regulated firm involved in any issue you have raised, and of course we’ll be here to support you throughout the process.
