    • (c) if you choose to subscribe to our service, you will be required to enter your email address;
    • (d) you may be given opportunities to provide us with other information from time to time;
    • (e) when you contact us by email or telephone or through any contact form provided on the Website, we may ask you to provide some or all of the following information:

      • (ii) your address;
      • (iii) your email address; and/or
      • (iv) details of any search effected by you and/or any transaction executed by you with any partner broker.

    • (a) to enable us to track the amount of commission payments due to us from the broker;

    • (c) to improve our services to you by tailoring the Marketplace to your requirements.
